I always get very inspired whenever I get to see big houses like this. I'm wondering how much or how successful I must be to possess this kind of house. I thought it was pretty cool with everything so big and spacious.
But another bad thing about this is the lack of communication between the whole family. Everyone will be coped up within their own room and facing the computer. I still do not know what I really want in future so I just think working hard is the best for now.
I want to give assurance to my future family and my parents :D
Everyone knows I'm a big dog lover but because of my parents' objection, I do not have one currently. That's like a torture to me somehow. I will get one when I got a house of my own in the future.

It's been pouring of the whole yesterday! I bummed around at home and do nothing.
But that is not exactly a bad thing because I managed to catch the Red Moon Eclipse. Or I think people called it the Lunar eclipse as well :D But well, I just know it's the red moon that is amazing! LIVE on the discovery channel!
I told some printshots of it as I watched the changes. I stared at the computer screen for 2 and a half hours. (Jeslyn got so OMG over it!)

2 days ago, 15th July is the date that marked the opening of the hell gate in the chinese calendar. That's the chinese believe that all ghosts are having some sort of "holiday". They are let out to roam around and enjoy themselves.

How about entertainment? Getai! 歌台!
It is a usually boisterous life stage performance held during the Ghost Festival commonly held in Singapore, in contrast to the generally solemn mood of the festival. The stage setup is usually composed of temporary structures and situated in the suburbs of the city in any empty field or even in carparking spaces.
The event is usually meant to be performed to the spirits and also the people alike during the seventh month. The backdrop of the stage is usually made of cardboard and clothes painted in bright colours. Also, spotlights, usually consisting of brighter colours, like, red, blue, pink and yellow. The performers would normally wear loud and glittery clothing.
The younger folks in Singapore would normally relate to a Getai as kitsch, as the performers would sing and talk in Hokkien, which is a dialect they label as crude and passe. The older people would normally enjoy watching a Getai, dance and sing along to the staple songs.

It is a pretty nice show but it is somehow very draggy that I've to hold my bladder when it come to the end of the movie :P But I believe those ageing citizen will like it because it will bring them their memories :D
Just before I forget, don't you know it's quite weird why people don't sit on the first row of seats in the getai? Because it is meant for those spirits to sit :D Wait! Human don't sit on the first row because their neck will most probably be aching after the movie.

My friday till Saturday is a BLAST! I haven't catch a wink since friday morning until sunday morning 4am.
I went clubbing for my 3rd time of my life at Zouk )Phuture. I went with Melvin, Rudy and Yiting. I met Raine and Jessica there :D I went clubbing and spent my money on FRUIT JUICE! Like I told you people, I don't drink. I danced my heart out whenever I think of this really bad thing(3 days already).
After everything, Melvin's dad drove us back. Thanks Uncle Lau. :) Yiting and Rudy came over my place while I took a shower and get ready for my Sentosa. That is around 5am I guess.
As they dared me to do this. I just do it without hesistation. Here we go. Push ups on the road.
Yes! That's the real me. I do crazy things. I love fun but sometimes I can't do it in my other group of friends. They will say I'm kiddish or what. But well, I decided it's best to be myself.
We reached Rudy's house around 5 plus and chatted till 7 plus before deciding to head for some basketball actions. I know we are crazy.
So we had a rest after that and we proceed to Yiting's house for her to get changed. Yes, Sentosa after that till 7pm. Got to know a few more new people from Expats forum. They turned out to be friendly and nice :D Hope to know them better. Game been good and awesome. Those that are interested to join us can just text me or something.
So guess what!? We realised that we have been together without separation for 25 hours and 45 minutes. And I guess we didn't sleep for 30 plus odds hours. Sometimes life is just amazing like how things can turn out to be like without any planning.
Thanks for the talk and company. I guess that's for now. I will go into details for different topic the next time round. Good luck to people who are having their exam period right now. Everything will be fine and perservere. Think of the fun after that :D

In the previous post, I mentioned that I will talk more about the changes I had after having braces on isn't it?
Let me talk about it.
First, some of my friends shunned me when they know how badly my teeth is. Like they think I'm ugly and like a rabbit and may put them off if I'm with them. You know some superficial people just like to mix with good looking people only.
Second, I used to be afraid to smile and I always end up with this. Look at this.
Yes! Notice it? That close up smile. But ok, let's say my friends keep saying I smile like this. Why!? Then look at this.
You will notice those two vampire teeth! Then people will keep asking me this, "Why your teeth like that!?"
So after my braces on. It looks like this. I'm proud of smile and all. Full of confidence and all!

Then now, know what people will say!? Why your smile all the same one!? Tell me people, I realised I can't please anyone. So it's the best to be myself. People out there, just be yourself because that is why people like you for :D
Just before I end, I had a interview with my friend, WeiLiang. This is some of the questions I asked him regarding braces.
Bobby: How much is your total fee for your braces? WeiLiang: I spent around $4000 for everything but I believe it will be half the price if it is government clinic.
Bobby: How long does it takes for the whole process to end? WeiLiang: From what the doctor told me, I think my case will take 2 years. I had friends that need to put them on for 3 years but those are for serious cases.
Bobby: How do you think putting on braces have change your life? WeiLiang: Well, I guess my life changed quite alot. Last time, I have friends that used to laugh at me when I got really ugly teeth.I got shunned by some of my friends that are superficial and they can be really nasty but after having braces, those friends came back to me and wanted to befriend me. I just told them off and be with the friends that are with me during my hardest time. I become my confident with my looks and how I present myself in front of people. p.s - I no longer drool.
Bobby: Seem like it play a big part in your life. So kissed anyone with braces on? WeiLiang: That's a rather sensitive question. Can we skipped that?
Bobby: Alright, Can you tell us how you feel when you got that on for the first few months? WeiLiang: For the first few weeks, I have to drink porridge. Yes! Drink! I can't chew onto anything because it hurts alot when you start biting with your teeth. But after a few months, it will be better and you will only feel the pain whenever you go back to the dental for tightening. I also have problem talking and closing my mouth because the edges of the brackets are really sharp. This is the problem why I got problem pronouncing some words.
Bobby: Can you give us a few examples? WeiLiang: Sure! Apple. I tend to say "Arrr per"? Orange. "Or ling"! Aeroplane. "Air low plane"!
Bobby: Thanks for information WeiLiang. I hope the readers will be entertained. WeiLiang: I hope that will be useful to people out that may want to put braces on.
Yes people, sorry for the lack of entries for the past few days. Yours truly have been really busy till late nights. Mostly supper with Jon and co driving out, having phone call with Isa and doing my personal stuffs. I'm been quite a pretty busy bummer from what Jon said. Well, I like life like this. I realised I don't have time sitting down just like this blogging on how my life is like.
Anyway, this entry is more about my braces. So I would like to share abit on how the whole process is like.
See how hideous my teeth is from the start before braces is put on? It's really crooked and the top part is actually protruding out by ALOT! So for my part, I got to EXTRACT(Jon) three teeth before putting on those metal brackets. Yes, they are placed on my teeth individually with a kind of "glue". Then they will start to insert those wiring to my set of teeth.
Now I will show you this set of colourful bands.
They are used to put onto those brackets to make those wiring and everything tighter. The tighter they go, it mean movement for your teeth. When those teeth starts moving(normally you won't notice it anyway), that explains where is the pain coming from. I can't chew any solid food for the first 3 weeks. But for myself, I love to bite hard on my teeth that they get so pain when I released it. Yes, sadistic! :P
Those small little circles are those band on those brackets.
It's a regular thing to get them changed monthly to ensure the smooth movement of the teeth. From what I heard from my doctor, I should have that braces remove by the start of next year. I can't wait to get it off but part of me telling me that I will miss that for sure. 2 years pass so fast just like this.
Anyway, braces have change my life alot like what I told some of my closer friends before. Maybe I will go into that for the next entry. So for now, just bear with this entry yes? :D
It's 2am and I'm rushing for another entry for Bondevia. I'm feeling the distant with someone.
I will take this year birthday as one really good way for me to catch up with my friends. Note the word, Friend. Yes, they are the ones that remembered. On another point of view, I can also know who treat you well only when they need you. How great :D I am really quite surprised by how some unexpected people actually remembered it. Really amazing.
Here are some of the people that did the sweetest things.
- My cousin who really can't take it but to sleep early because he got school tomorrow to sms me and tell me he can't take it. Lol!
- This "sister" who send me a text back from Tassie(oversea) and not forgetting that "S-L-U-T" who is back in Taiwan doing her attachment! Lol! She ought to be slaughter for buying me fake adidas stuffs.
- Isabelle singing me a birthday song & her repeated happy birthday sms-es throughout the day and even till today. She is nonsense enough to wish me happy belated birthday -_-"
- Genevieve blogging an entry just for me :D
- Jew & Jacq with their phone call that night when it struck 12.
- Melvin attempt for a 2nd surprise which I got it this time! Jon's fault! :P
- Caixin for being "handicap" being the last one to text me on purpose! Lame King!

I always thought birthday wish won't come true. And we just close our eyes and wish for the sake of doing it. In high hope, you really thought it will come true. But well, mine always keep me wondering, "Will it really come true this year?"
It ain't exception for this year anyway. I made a wish. I wish I can see her just for a couple of minutes. I am even willing to make all the travelling just to fulfill it myself. Sound pathetic isn't it? But she, Isabelle yes, is someone who I longed to see after 2 years.

This few days haven't been really good & smooth for me. And I'm told by a close friend that I've change alot the past 2 weeks. I really do because even I can know I'm not that Bobby I got to know. All the while I've been brain washed by the fact that this society is so not innocent at all. Not as easy and simple as I thought it was. It made me have this mindset of not trusting or open myself to anyone. A few people actually somehow made me feel cheated for this few days. I felt somehow terrible. I got a buddy and he is skyv. He is somehow experiencing something like me. He needs friends to be there but I'm different. I'm sorry Vinz, I can't be there for you because I'm not problems-free. Whenever I really can't take it, I need a high place to stone and just do some self reflection. That is what happened last night around 3am - 4am. I was just at some 11th floor HDB flat. I feel really eerie actually but I don't know why I ended up there.

After some thoughts, I admit I am two sided at times. And the really bad one is one that don't really come out at times. So I feel no one really knows Bobby well. Even you, you and you. I'm trying to find myself back. I'll be fine. I will refrain myself from the internet world, handphone and certain people. Because I believe so they are the harm of it.

"It's easy!", I thought. But after many attempt of tries, I still can't get it!
Actually I just want to say certain things may seem easy but actually it got a deep entangled root behind the whole scene. So don't judge everything that fast. Every human always let their anger get over them first but they never actually calm down and think how they should really handle it. Something struck me yesterday when I'm walking along the long stretch of road back home, I believe everyone will do anything or give the best advices to their love ones if they are in trouble. So now whenever I have troubles or what, I will just take that troubled thing I got and placed it on someone I love and think of the best way to solve that thing. And tada! It's solved somehow. Just like a self solution but this is how human works. They always feel that things are beyond hope when it come crushing on them. I don't know why I'm bladdering so much rubbish but maybe because I'm so bored at work. 7 more working days and 1 and a half month holidays!
Thanks everyone for tuning to today Star Search award ceremony. It's the grand ceremony held by the "Yeo's" beebee company. Before I start anything, there are two things that I'm going to say. First, it will be I WENT SENTOSA alone without my clique this time round and I feel kinda disappointed in the first place but they told me they got "important things" like working, camping, exams and going out with friends. But nevertheless, the fun is still there with almost 30 expats people turning up for the volleyball and everything. Genevieve came as well and received alot of praises. Wow! And next, it will be the introduction of the nominees for this year ceremony.
They are Yiwen, Rudy, Melvin aka "HOT" Joanna, Mengyeow, Ley Yee, Yiting,Debbie & the two dogs Twinsel & Trouble. I will come out with the awards in awhile.
I shall named this film as "Bobby & the dinner with TWO or many?" As told, I went Sentosa alone with Debbie & Mark & the rest of the expats people. It was quite lonely at times without my clique. Well, I just played and played without noticing that the time past so fast. And yes, it's time for me to go have my wash up and meet Yiwen and her friend, "Joanna" for dinner at town. I didn't expect her to ask me out for dinner nor I did suspect anything. I was just being myself and tell myself it's just a dinner and I was kinda late because something cropped up at the last minute. Boo! I took a cab down and I met Yiwen at Wheelock place. She said her friend is already waiting for us in Fish & Co at Wheelock!
I was quite busy with my phone and sms-es that time so I didnt really say much about it. Then the next time I saw is this familiar face! Guess who's the Joanna I saw? Melvin Lau! LIKE WHAT THE HELL! So I thought he ended his work earlier and came to join us for dinner. To my surprise, he ain't the only one that I saw. Mengyeow, Ley yee and Rudy was also there. All those who are supposed to go Sentosa with me are there already. And yes, it is the SURPRISE BIRTHDAY DINNER they planned ahead schedule for me. They actually sacrificed their weekly sentosa just for this dinner.
After that, Yiting the one who went for camp also arrived in a short while after me. And the most surprising one who came, Debbie! She is together with me at Sentosa! She actually still can act so well that I thought she will go home normally after Sentosa session. She didn't even show any signs to ask me to leave or ask me anything. Goodness.
So this is how the whole thing was so well planned. It is really a BIG surprise! I really don't know about it. Normally for the past years, I will know how the plans go but this time I swear I don't. Here is one full group of us.
The celebration starts like this. Most of the Fish & Co staffs gathered around our table and started everything. I was told to stand up on the table we are at. Just for info, we are in the middle of the whole restaurant. I am so embarrassed and don't know whether to smile or just cry. This is the first time my celebration can be this wild. Like it never happened before. I was given my cake to hold on and plus one firecracker. So kiddish! You can never imagine how I felt that moment of time.
This is the bunch of staffs who starts singing which caught everyone attention.
After the whole thing ended, my friends gave me my present :) SN2 may find it similar since they have come out with one last year. It's like almost the same thing. Now I got two :D where to hang? Really thanks for the hard work. Those pasting of the pictures and leaves. And the preparation, the trip to ikea and everything. Those who are involved, I really appreciate it.
