two past consecutive days of beach in the morning till the afternoon; basketball at night; beach at east coast and sentosa. late night sleep with an early soccer friendly match this morning. 8.30am till 1.30pm made me really worn out. and i got sunburnt. YEA! i love it because i'm tanned. and my body showing some shape out. i love training myself in the morning. even though my friends are reluctant. some of them i mean. its fine with me. my own good. well. some pictures for yesterday at sentosa. oh yah... over exhausting myself made me can't perform well in sports. must have a rest indeed.
