Extra Time?

Sometimes I wish I can have 48 hours to do what I'm supposed to do...
I really want to do well in both my studies and my career at the same time.
But I guess I just need some support from each of the area for now until things really settle down.
I have too many people that I can't disappoint.
I just need a little bit more time.
I can't afford to spoil the whole friendship I currently have cos I really treasure it.

p.s - It's good that you are gone because I really don't know what to do if you are still around.

2. The next finger is the pointing finger. Pray for those who teach, instruct and heal. This includes teachers, doctors, and ministers. They need support and wisdom in pointing others in the right direction. Keep them in your prayers.

3. The next finger is the tallest finger. It reminds us of our leaders. Pray for the president, leaders in business and industry, and administrators. These people shape our nation and guide public opinion. They need God's guidance.

4. The fourth finger is our ring finger. Surprising to many is the fact that this is our weakest finger; as any piano teacher will testify. It should remind us to pray for those who are weak, in trouble or in pain. They need your prayers day and night. You should pray much more for them.

5. And lastly comes our little finger; the smallest finger of all. Which is where we should place ourselves in relation to God and others, As the Bible says, "The least shall be the greatest among you." Your pinkie should remind you to pray for yourself. By the time you have prayed for the other four groups, your own needs will be put into proper perspective and you will be able to pray for yourself more effectively. Role Model

Something that enlightened me which I got from my role model in life. He is someone that I used to have fights and arguments since young. But deep down in my heart, I always hold the highest regard for him and that's what he told me.

Dad, too, taught me in his own inimitable way. I was building two steps for a house, making wooden forms to be filled with concrete. Dad, who was watching, never told me I was building them wrong; and it wasn’t until I had poured the concrete that I saw my mistake: the first step was too big and the top step was too small. Dad handed me a sledgehammer, and all he said, then or later, was, “Break it, and do it the right way next time.” He could have saved a little time and money by telling me beforehand, “Measure twice, cut once.” But the method he chose was unforgettable.

After that, I made a speech..

After reading this passage, it makes me think about when I was an intern back then in Singapore. I was in the pastry kitchen and one of my first tasks is to learn to bake a souffle. At that time, being young, I was eager, excitable and most importantly, impatient. What I did was I kept walking back and forth to the oven, opening the door to see whether my souffle has risen anot. Eventually, it did not. The pastry chef witnessed this whole episode of me making the mistake, but he kept silent throughout. So like Max Sharp, he wants me to learn it the hard way. From then on, I have learnt my lesson. Not only he taught me that when you bake a souffle, you can’t just open the oven door, but also he taught me the value of patience which is still deeply engraved in my memories now.

The reason why I am sharing this with you is because when I’m doing my rounds, I observed that some managers are so tied up in the tasks of their day to day operations of their department; tasks that the supervisors or even the line employees can undertake.

Why?

I also happen to be one of them, so how I felt it’s because I’m afraid they will screw it up then it will reflect badly on my department. However if we the managers are not letting them do these tasks, making the mistakes, these staff will never learn and the whole vicious cycle will continue.

As you slowly digest this book, you will find that Mr, Sharp has written of his experiences in his career which will be applicable to what we are facing now.

Yes, I need to be patient in terms of everything for the fruit of success.

That applies to matters of heart as well. I believe the right one will come when it's time.

I need to set my priorities right.

3rd Day After Operation

Hey people! It's the third day after the operation and I'm still surviving.
It's much better despite the aching is still going on.
Oh yah, I went for a second minor operation after the first one.

The reason why...
Let the pictures do the talking.

As you can see, in that area over there is one big red lump of flesh or whatever it is.
It didn't stop bleeding for the whole of the first night.
Infact it gets bigger and all! I wonder how I have that thing in my mouth the whole night!
Come to think of it, it's rather disgusting!

And so, the "oh so sudden operation" to check out what's wrong.
Here we go again.

The removal of that thing and got the wound stitch up!
Till now, I still got no idea why is that thing and what's the purpose of it!
I hate to have scissors going in and out of my mouth when I'm awake I swear.
But luckily the nurses are nice!
And so, just when everything seem to get better I just got to do something stupid.

I was feeling really hungry yesterday night so I requested for this.

Yes awesome! I know I'm not suppose to use any strength on biting and all.
But I'm not told to waste food so I just had them all.
This morning, it's not surprising that I experienced the pain.
I had an ulcer on the tongue as well which I think it's adding on to the pain.
Other than that, I think I'm fine.

I just feel that time passes really slow at home!
Normally I can find entertainment easily but this time, I can even bother to type this entry means something.

I'm missing out good food pretty much!
I need to recover fast!

Aftermath of the operation

I swear I'm the weirdest guy somehow.
I feel so awake right after the operation whereas I'm supposed to feel dizzy.
I just woke up and called for assistance but apparently the bell doesn't work.
I get kinda pissed over there but I just smiled it off.

So everything is taken out now.
I can still feel the pain as the anaestatic is wearing off slowly.
I can take the pain and those blood inside but I can't stand the long flesh hanging at one bottom corner.
Just imagine pig liver! It's exactly the same I swear.
I shan't post that picture because it's way too gross.
I wonder if that happens to everyone or is it just me that my dentist who forget to cut it off.

Just right after the operation, I remembered there is this kid who kept crying so I'm kinda awake by that I guess. So I took my handphone and ipod touch out to keep myself company.
I can still go online and chat with my friends and all. You all know who you are. Haha!

I look rather pissed in this picture. This is just to see if I have any swelling.

This is the bloody mouth I got the whole day even till now.

And for the orgasm picture! 4 wisdom tooth!
Some are cut into smaller pieces though.

There we go. I hope people out there will have an idea how is it like because you people will have your turn as well! Haha! I'm just sharing my experience with you :)

I was down with luck this few weeks in mahjong.
It wasn't surprising that I was almost losing every round.
So it was the last round of the game, I decided to make it big or just lose it.
I have 8 of the 13 wonder tiles and I just slowly play my game.
As it goes round and round, I kept getting what I wanted.
And finally, it goes to the last card that I needed.
My friend "GANG" and yes, I kinda "snatched" it in the mahjong way.
I won everything back. This is my first time!

Rollercoaster Week

This week has been a rather emotional week.
Alot of things happened and I'm glad I have my buddy Minkai that I can confide in.
Although he teased me at times but when we have serious talk, we really talked it out.
I'm glad that he found his special one too. :)

Anyway, having just earning a miserable $400 bucks a month is certainly not enough for myself.
It's my first time I'm feeling the pain whenever I spent.
I guess I have to start to save up on food and drinks.
The scrimp and save days.
I spent much on that area which I think I over indulged.
I'm down with luck at certain areas which I will just keep it to myself.

I realised whenever you have done something wrong, if people keep on criticising you ; you will just think that you are useless. But if that person encourage you instead, you will make an effort to improve. But that's not the case in Singapore.
I feel that Singaporeans are very selfish when it comes to praising people unlike caucasians.
I admit sometimes I am like this too so I feel I need to make a change.

I feel pissed with my dad at times for certain reasons. Ugh!

Alright, I guess I have vent whatever I want.
Another long week ahead.

Hello people, I finally got the mood to blog again after so long.
It's been some time since I got the time to really sit down and think of what to blog about.
Army has been taking up most of my time nowadays.
I used to dread about going to work in the early wee morning.
But now I look at things in a different perspective.
It can be very tiring at the end of the day when I reach home everyday.

As I have emphasis before that those other NSFs are the reasons why I look forward for.
But now I would rephrase it and say it's my colleagues that are the ones.
I looked upon them like a family. Alright, perhaps not all.
There are happy times, sometimes there will be misuderstandings but at the end of the day we will still have laughters heard.
I feel really affected and sad when something when wrong at work today though.
My upper and I was doing a report but somehow something went amiss and I think he has to crack his head and figure out how to solve it. I feel kinda bad over it. Sharks. I shall just skip this and move over to the fun side.

Yes, we had a cohesion day today.
It was held at Amoy Quee Camp and it is really a fun and meaningful day.
I got to know some people better. Some that you know that existed but never talk to before.
I'm happy that my group won out of the 3 others.
I guess we really am enthusiastic about every games until the rain got to be the party pooper.
From there, I learnt that event like that really makes one feel so much united and feel like home.

I'm sure I have pretty much more events coming up in my next 19 months to come.
I'm sorry to all my other friends that I can't attend certain outings with you people due to insufficient time and all. I have missed out so much out there.
I will be back when I have the time again.
But meanwhile, I hope everyone is doing fine and I will catch up with you people.

This is a long overdue entry.
It's about two of my closest person in my life celebrating their birthday.
The first one that happened on the 21st of Jan will be my mother.
I can still remember how she spent her time beside me when I had my operation.
It's not surprising to hear from others saying that Mother is the best thing on earth.

My younger brother got her a birthday cake to give her a surprise.
I gave my mother something more practical. An angbao (red packet)!

Thanks for the time and the care you show for me.

Another person will be Melvin. He is my polytechnic lecture mate. Someone who is very important because he is just like another Bobby. He knows how I works. Hah.

His birthday falls on the 23rd of Jan and most importantly, it is his 21st.
The journey to adulthood! I wish you all the best and persevere when the tough get going.
He celebrated on 11th of Jan due to some reasons.

What would most people be doing on a Saturday early morning?
You are right! Sleeping! Yes, I will be doing the same thing too BUT!

But, I managed to woke up and joined Xav & co for the iCare Painting.
I met up with Minkai and drove to this place which is near the AMK Mac drive thru'.
Opposite infact. AMK Ave 6 if I'm not wrong.

There are a number of 25 people and we splitted up into different team and started painting after some briefings.

Although the work is tough, the thought of how happy those old folks will be made us went on and on.
I get to know a couple of new friends and they are really nice.
Everytime I do some thing like helping out, I will always find myself being so fortunate.

Anyway, I hope for more of this next time round. Pictures time.

The clock struck 12 midnight and it was the 7th day of her death.

It's rumoured that her soul will be back to where she stays and all.

3 uncles and a couple of cousins stayed over.
I bet Vanessa Sim is jealous about this! Very, infact.

I really enjoyed the talk with all of them.

All of us shared about each other problems and voice out.

It's a good thing because that will bring us even closer and understand each other more. I always am very proud of this family of ours because we are always so united and all. I am very blessed with it.

While we were waiting for her "return", we chatted and by the time we are tired, it is already 3am plus.

All 8 of us squeezed in the living room and sleep together.

It's the first time all of us doing that. So cosy and all.

Seriously I don't mind life like this. Simple and happy.

From now onwards, I truly understand the importance of family ties.

Not that I don't understand, but it's that I get to treasure them even more.

I will start to choose my friends wisely now :)

Life has been really good for me I guess.
Although I'm home-bound, I still have lovely friends that came over.
My back is kinda swollen yesterday morning. That makes me wake up at 530am.
This is the first time I experienced something really painful that bothers me.

I sms-ed the doctor and asked him the problems and so.
I guess I can't sit for too long and maybe my sleeping posture as well.
Whatever it is, I still got to be home bound. So it doesn't matter.

Anyway, here's a picture of me and my army friends during our cohesion day before my operation.

I kinda miss their nonsense back in the office. Haha!

I was chatting with a friend yesterday night and well.
As usual, I always "threaten" them with my backbone. Haha!

And suddenly something struck my mind.
First, it was the dissection of body incident.
I was telling my friend that every part of me will be dissect but just not my lower back.
I think those that want to cut me up will have problems with my backbone.
Hahaha.

As I go on and on, I get really high and the following comes along.

I'm sharks, crocodiles and snakes worst fear.
Snakes will have indigestion after swallowing me.
Sharks and crocodiles will have dented teeth while attempting to chew me.

Now at least I have something to be proud of it. Haha!
Alright, A's will be coming to and end. O's will be over tomorrow.
I can see alot of happy people! But the weather this few days is spoiling my mood.

A Meaningful Life

I'll be having medical leave until end of this year.
So most of the time I have to be confine at home.

So I decided that I shouldn't waste my time like this.

Here are some of the things I think I can do:

1. Practise on my guitar. (Jovyn Yeo!)
2. Help out friends that needs a listening ear or other help that is within my reach.
3. Learn more about the different type of photography.
4. Research on the university I want to study when I finished my national service.
5. Visit the SPCA if I can. I really want to help out.
6. The list goes on... (I'm still thinking)

Suggestions are welcome.

Anyway, updates regarding my medical status.

I can walk and get up on my own. But I can't sit, stand or walk for too long.
The metal implants still need time to get adjust to the bones in it.
I can't sneeze if not I will feel really painful.
I guess I still need some time to really be perfectly fine.

Alright, I'm off to spend some time with my guitar.

I am recovering slowly and steady.
I am making small progresses with my own hands.
Sooner or later, I can see myself being back to my normal life.

I'd like to thank everyone for paying me a visit during my 4 days at hospital.
I'm very blessed with all the concern and support given by my relatives and friends.
You people know who you are. I don't have the energy to type out every single one.
It's just like another 21st birthday of mine because I'm being given so many "companions" and presents.
I'd post up the pictures of the presents when I'm better.
After going through so much these few days, I've learnt to appreciate my surrounding more.
There are moments where I feel very impaired that I can't do simple things.
For example, getting up the car, getting up on my own and bending down to reach for something.
After all the pain and endurance, I'd be a stronger person in time to come.

I want to thank my friends and relatives that they made a trip down even they are busy at work, at least the few minutes of their presence makes me feel loved.

Secondly, I want to thank my cousin, Vanessa, for being my secretary for those days.
A lot of my friends said she is smart from the way she answers my friends.
Therefore, I totally entrust her with my phone.

Thanks for people who came over to my house to keep me company.

Finally, the most important person I want to thank will be my Mom who has been there everyday helping me up and down even though she is sick.
Even till the day I discharged, she is the one who is taking care of everything.

All right people, I'm feeling tired again.
Sorry if I missed anyone out.

Dog Farm Outing :)

Just 2 days before my operation, I decided to do something meaningful on a Sunday.

And yes, I went to a dog farm! It's always been in one of my "TO-DO list" to visit many dogs.
Different dogs that are either abandoned or have mishaps somehow.
First thought, it will be SPCA but then, M brought me to another different place.

Welcome to Pet's Movers.

Just take a look at those big dogs. So adorable but I find them very poor thing.

It will be at 7.30am and I guess it will take around 4 - 5 hours.
I will be staying in the hospital for 3 days just so you know.

Thanks Lord for I know there are people who still care for me.
Judging from my tagboard, I am really touched by those who keep me going.

Yes, I'm pretty worried about the operation.

Just yesterday evening, I got a high fever and stomach flu.

I feel really terrible because I'm aching all over and I feel so weak.
Having to walk to my house clinic, the journey seem so long.
I really want to thanks my mum for being there for me even I was like ignoring her.

It really pains me yesterday night when I was telling my parents about my operation details.
I saw my mum cried silently. It was pretty dark that time but well.
I guess all parents will be worried about it.
My heart felt lost and pain when I saw that.

I must be strong and stay positive!
I must still be myself. I don't want her to be worry for me.
No matter what the results will turn out to be, I must face it.
In the next post, I will post pictures of the risk and complication of everything.
Then you will know why I'm so worried about it.

I just went for my monthly checkup for the back.

21st October 2008.
I will be going for my back injury operation. (It has been aching since 2 years back)

I'm feeling so lost when I got to know how fast it can be.

Going through needles poking all the time, I kinda get used to it already.
I wonder how much blood I have "donated" to the hospital.
I can never imagine how it's like to be under the surgical bed.
I always feel that it will be a successful one because that what they show on TV drama.
But now I got to go through different checkup and all before that.
I'm told of the complication & risks.

I will be staying in the hospital for 3 days after that.
So much things running through my mind, I need someone to talk to.
But I'm feeling so sick now. I'm aching all over after my nap in the afternoon.

Sometimes I can never wonder why some people are still so insensitive.

Hey people, I'm currently working from 8am - 5.30pm at CMPB at Depot Road.
Life has been alright for me. I just find travelling a hazard.
The bus can be so cold perhaps due to the long journey.
I've been trying to learn as much stuffs as I can before my upper ORD.
Those steps are simple to me as I have computer based knowledge back in NYP.
But sometimes I don't know what's the purpose of all those but just do it blindly.
I'm glad that I've met nice friends in my office that are willingly to guide me.
Here are some pros and cons in my office.

Pros:

1. I have really nice friends here. They are my way of passing time.
Their nonsense which led to laughter and troubles. But I don't mind at all.
They are people like Laiheng, Jk, "AndyLau", Poh, Tintin, Nicholas, Samuel, and Ken.

2. It can be pretty easy life here but when there are work, we are all up to it.
3. I have a straight bus to my work place although it takes an hour plus.
4. My dad drives me to work in the morning if he is on his way to work.
5. The food is affordable at the canteen.
6. I get to book out daily.

Cons:

1. Given my back problem, I believe people won't believe that I'm in pain when I am actually in pain. They will never understand how much it hurts to be in this position. I don't mind being joke and laugh at because I'm used to it. Back problem doesn't show the effect of it and that is something bad. They will say you "chao gen" and all. I know this 2 years is going to be tough.

2. Given this unique name, Bobby, it is always associated with dog. As usual, being teased at and all. It's alright since I love dogs pretty much.

3. Although it can be easy life here, we still have strict rules and regulations here.

4. We got to do level and guard duties as well.

5. I hate to say but sometimes I just can't help dozing off. Not that I really wanted, but it is just something that makes your eyes wanna close so badly.

I guess I won't continue much because I'm not sure whether I'm allow to do so.
I still have 700 plus days to ORD. That is demoralizing enough.
And yes, I do respect ranks if I'm given the respect as well.
I think it's fair this way.

Everyone always say I'm happy go lucky but it's not that.
Because I do not really post unhappy stuffs. Celine is so smart.
I guess I'm giving up on certain things which I know can never be the same anymore or won't even work out.

Alright, enough of the rantings.
I'm feeling so much better after saying everything.

the thick, long and cold needles were placed nicely in a tray,
laying in a superman position,
grabbing onto my cross which hang around me all the time,
i was all ready for the men in green to enter the x-ray room.
accompanied by a couple of nurses,
all i got to know what's happening is the pain inflicted on my back.
push and pulling force was what i felt.
moments later, i was flipped over to another bed and was pushed to another room.
this is the first time i'm on a hospital bed.
i was told to rest for an hour doing nothing.
many stuffs went through my mind when i was lying there.
there are so many things in life that i wished i can just revert back and make it better.

for the things in life, i will continue in the next entry.

i can never learn my lesson in life.

Yes, this is the image of a needle poking into the lower part of the spine.
I will be going through that next wednesday.
It will be injected with steroid on the disconnected part of the spine.
I hope there will not be side effects and hopefully the pain of my back will be minimised.

I got curious and so I went to have some research.

Spinal Injections for Pain Relief
Injections comprise another relatively conservative treatment option for low back pain. They are typically considered as an option either before surgery, when surgery is inappropriate, or when residual pain exists after surgery. Injections can be useful both for providing pain relief and as a diagnostic tool to help identify the source of the patient's back pain.
When pain becomes chronic, it generally a manifests through an intense inflammatory reaction. This inflammation can be in a joint, the bone, or a nerve.

How an epidural steroid injection works
The most commonly performed injection is an epidural steroid injection. In this approach, a steroid is injected directly around the dura, the sac around the nerve roots that contains cerebrospinal fluid (the fluid that the nerve roots are bathed in). Prior to the injection, the skin is anesthetized by using a small needle to numb the area in the low back (a local anesthetic).

Epidural steroid injection success rates
An epidural steroid injection is generally successful in relieving lower back pain for approximately 50% of patients. While the effects of the injection tend to be temporary (one week to one year), an epidural can be very beneficial in providing relief for patients during an episode of severe back pain and allows patients to progress in their rehabilitation.

Risks and Complications
All medical interventions have risks and benefits. Spinal injections have certain risks and complications that include:
-Spinal headache
-Bleeding (rare)
-Infection (rare)
-Certain procedures may carry other risks.

Your doctor will discuss these with you if it pertains to your situation.

During the Procedure
The procedure is usually brief, but your position during the procedure is important to make the injection go smoothly, with the least discomfort to you. You may have monitoring devices attached to you during the procedure to check your heart rate and breathing.
Your skin will be cleaned with a sterilizing solution and a sterile drape will be placed over your skin.
-Conscious sedation (use of a calming drug while you are awake) may be used if your doctor feels it is appropriate.
-Local anesthetic (lidocaine) is usually given near the injection site to numb the skin. This typically feels like a pin prick and some burning, like a bee sting.
-Fluoroscopy (X-ray imaging) is often used for precise placement of the injection. Contrast dye may be injected to confirm the correct placement of the needle.
-A local anesthetic for numbing (eg, lidocaine, bupivicaine) and/or steroids (to reduce inflammation) is injected.
-A small bandage may be placed at the injection site.

After the Procedure
After some injections, you may spend time in a recovery area after the procedure.
-You may be monitored to make sure you are doing well and your vital signs may be checked.
-You may be asked to fill out paper work before leaving.
-You usually should have someone drive you home.
-You may put ice packs on the injection site for 10-20 minutes at a time if there is soreness. Be careful not to burn your skin with the ice - place a towel between the ice and your skin.
-You may take a shower but avoid baths, pools or whirlpools for 24-48 hours following the procedure.
-You may be asked to relax on the day of injection, but usually can resume normal daily activities the day after the injection.
-You usually can start or resume your individualized exercise program or physical therapy program within 1 week of your injection.

Side effects which may occur but go away in a few days include:
-Briefly increased pain
-Headaches
-Trouble sleeping
-Facial flushing
-Hiccups
-It takes a few days, even a week or longer, for the steroid medicine to reduce inflammation and pain.

I was having a conversation with a friend.
Just being the random me, something struck me when we walked past someone begging for money.
I turned to my friend and asked, "Given a choice, which do you think it's the worst?"

Loss of sight - I think it's really a pity to miss out beautiful sceneries around the world but on the other hand, sometimes you just won't want to see the ugly sides of people in the world as well.

Loss of hearing - Soothing music. Not able to react to the surrounding and danger pose to you.

Mute - Having to keep all your sorrows to oneself and not able to express.

I'm grateful for how God created me. I appreciate it. Do you?

Yes, I got myself a new volleyball and keychain.

I decided to stick to this sport at the moment.
But I'm having backaches nowadays.
I'm quite worried actually for the worst.

On the other hand, Minkai asked me to teach him volleyball because he wants to join me.
So yes, he has a share of that ball as well.
As we were walking around in vivo that day, we saw this pair of baby shoes.
It's from Adidas and it's GREEN!

I will put it on my bag but I have to think of a way now.

So yes, this is the size of the shoes.

We are too rich I know!

I am so busy with my schedules that I don't have time for a proper time to blog.

Yes, I will blog about my birthday party but not now.

I will blog about those mini-celebrations I had with different friends.

The first one with Prunella. I went to find her while she's studying for her prelims.

I caught up with my primary school playmates :)
We were all so young back in years when we hangout.
But this time, all of us made a big change somehow.

And on thursday, I met up with Sally. It's been almost close to half a year since I last seen her.
She's still all the same but I hope everything will go smoothly for her.
I always am happy when I meet up with her! Her laughter is the bomb!

We had dinner at this Earth Cafe at Thomson area. It's this Pet's cafe.
It's really nice since I love dogs so much.
Dogs are allowed to roam around and make friends.

It's my chinese birthday until my mum told me she's treating me Ashton for breakfast :)

14th July. Monday.

I went to Sunset Grill with my colleagues. It's somewhere deep in Seletar Airbase.
That place is famous for their buffalo wings!
The interesting things is the spicy level of it! From level 1 - 10.
I challenged my colleague's husband to level 5.
And yes, I lost badly because it's really spicy! I swear.
I will recommend you people to go try it out!

The spicy wings! Trust me! You can smell the spice from some distance.

I woke up in the early morning to meet Relle to watch the The Dark Knight.

Some mistakes in the screening made her so disappointed because she thought it ain't showing after her DETAILED checking. But well, I almost got her cheated but well.
I like her company although she's always "mistreating" me with her strength!

And guess what, I met up with the expats after so long.
And the most important part is, I'm watching The Dark Knight again! -_-

But I love their company as well.
People that I am familiar with are;

Yes, i won't deny the fact that almost everyone knows that we should all live life that way. but this is where society often gets in the way. we know a lot of theories, but how many of us are actually walking the talk? time and again, i have found myself pressured into social norms and only recently, after my reality-shattering bootcamp, that i realised how much society's pressures are holding back my unique individualism. our city is progressing, technologically, academically, physically but as people, i feel there is room for improvement.

Being real in life expands on to so many things. I remembered before i actually embraced self-validation, i thought i had a generally happy life. i had a good family, i had a job, i lived comfortable, i had a girlfriend, i had almost everything i needed to be happy. but i still was not! deep down, i had dreams and aspirations that were left UNFULFILLED. i wanted more but i kept telling myself to be happy with what i had. typical, right? so i stayed in my comfort zone and enjoyed as much as i could with what i had. until i learnt about synergy. it changed my life but it's the change in feelings from WITHIN that astound me. i am happier than EVER! and all that begins with "Being Real" to yourself and the world around you.

In our seminar, we will talk about being real not just in terms of pick-up, but in life as well. we hope to influence, inspire and improve lives by showing people that we do not need to hide behind facades or be afraid to speak up. by the end of this seminar, we hope to inspire you to be real and true to yourself. stop being pushed-over and constipated, start being true to yourself today!

Also, this is a good oppurtunity for people in the community to meet up with each other and find like-minded people to bond with and improve with. if i am to be believed, a well-bonded and strong support system in the form of friends and mentors are MONUMENTAL in improving in aspects of life and life itself. Attendees of Troy's seminar will also be able to meet your fellow seminar attendees, Val, Dev and Xavier.
